Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitched by Syed. We appreciate your business. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital files (for example: downloadable patterns, designs, templates, or digital assets). Because of the nature of these digital goods — which are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” once downloaded — we do not accept any returns and do not issue refunds once the file(s) has been delivered.
If you encounter any technical issues accessing your file, please contact us at info@stitchedbysyed.com and we will assist you.

2. Download & Access
Once your order is complete and the download link has been provided (and/or the file(s) delivered), you are responsible for ensuring you have the correct hardware/software to use them. Please check the file requirements before purchase. We cannot refund for problems arising from incompatible hardware/software after download.

3. Errors or Support Issues
If you believe there is a defect in the digital file (e.g., corrupted file, missing elements) or you’re unable to access or download it, please notify us within [ X ] days of delivery at [email address] with your order number and details of the issue. We will either supply a corrected file or offer technical support. Refunds for defective files may be considered at our discretion.

4. No Exchanges
Because these are digital files, we do not provide exchanges — all items are delivered as is in their digital form.

5. No Refunds
Except in the case of a tangible error by us (as described in section 3), all sales are final and non-refundable once the file is downloaded or accessed.

6. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent or the files delivered. If you contact us before delivery, we may be able to cancel and issue a refund, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property & Use
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Stitched by Syed (or the stated creator) and are licensed to you for your personal/non-commercial use (or whatever your terms are). You may not resell, redistribute or share the files unless you’ve purchased a commercial license where applicable.

8. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with updated “Last updated” date.
